Mark C. D’Addabbo
Mark C. D’Addabbo is the founder of MACK V Development, a Connecticut based firm specializing in real estate development and construction. Previously, Mark was the founder, President and CEO of New England Retail Properties, Inc, Wethersfield, CT where he led the company for over 30 years prior to starting his new firm.
In addition to the day-to-day operations at his former firm, his responsibilities included overseeing land acquisitions, entitlements/permitting at State and local levels, tenant lease negotiations and construction and project management up to and through tenant possession and opening. During the course of his career Mark established opportunities to develop properties throughout New England, the Hudson Valley and Long Island, New York for retail tenants Dollar General, Tractor Supply, KinderCare, and O’Reilly Auto amongst others.
As a result of more than three decades in the industry, he is most proud of the solid relationships he has built and maintained with clients and various professionals who have come to rely on him for the professional service he provides. He has established a specialized network of professionals including attorneys, architects, engineers and project managers to ensure the most economical and finest quality building for each project. He has authored articles on various retail developments, has been a speaker at numerous ICSC meetings, is currently a member of the West Hartford Housing Authority (WHHA ) and has received various other distinguished awards from organizations he has been privileged to work for over these years.
Mark graduated from the Villanova University school of Commerce and Finance with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialty in finance. He resides in West Hartford CT with his wife and two children.
